Masala Pav is a quick snack and a perfect one to satisfy your sudden hunger pangs. With delicious tantalizing flavors it is one of the most popular snack from Mumbai street food and is relished by thousands of people on regular basis as a go on snack or with a cup of Cutting Chai or Masala Tea.
Such popularity is perhaps due to the ease of this recipe, simple cooking technique and very basic arrangements. All you need is a Pan to cook the masala which is made with onion, tomatoes, capsicum and other powdered spices. Even the Pav is toasted along with this masala in the same pan. Hence, there is absolutely nothing that is fussy and it hardly takes some 10-15 minutes to bring out the whole dish and serve like a pro!
As far as the flavors are concerned, it tastes almost like Pav Bhaji since the basic ingredients are similar and of course due to a generous addition of Pav Bhaji Masala too.
