‘Namak pare’ is a traditional North Indian snack with refined flour or maida and is usually made during the festivities. In many families it is a must in the menu chart at the time of Holi. Apart from serving a wonderful festive snack, this crunchy, flakey, savory also makes a perfect tea time snack. You can even pack them in your kid’s snack box for a change or carry along for picnics.
